The IT leaders kitchen (workshop)

You may have heard about Hunter Moore - the most hated man on the internet. He figured out how to make the worst people on the internet even worse. This workshop is about the opposite - how to make the best engineer on the team even better. The leader.

Then 4 volunteers are selected to do a roleplay (others watch): Janis – senior K8s expert. Knows everything about the company. Marks – mid-level TF engineer, newjoiner. Likes music. Andris – junior. Likes to party. Albert – sysadmin who joined the team a few months ago. A family guy.

Using sociodrama, psychodrama, and a few other techniques, we play different scenarios and learn how to build the perfect engineer-leader: A better human, Innovator, Executor, Trainee, Scaler, and Competitor.

The minimum time for the workshop is about 1.5 hours. The maximum is 3h. The audience learns from watching the performance. Laughs are guaranteed.
