Presentation Guidelines

WEUC offers members, and WEUC partners the opportunity to present to members through meeting presentations, webinars, and similar forums. Our members are interested in EUC content that is technical, educational, relevant, and free of marketing. WEUC has developed these principles to help and guide presenters:

WEUC will work with presenters to identify topics of interest.

Presenters should avoid marketing content.

Presenters will provide a summary for review before the event.

Presenters should receive an individual’s approval before utilizing their work and recognize them when using it.

WEUC may ask for improvements in a pending presentation.

Live demos are encouraged.

WEUC may record and share presentations on the WEUC YouTube channel, third party platforms, and WorldofEUC.org.

WEUC will not provide presenters with attendee contact information, unless attendees elect to provide it.

Individual presenters must have the technical capacity required for the audience.
