Sufi Mohamed

Sufi is an agilist for more than 6 years working together with some of the most interesting people, teams, organisations. During this time Sufi has worked closely with teams and management to improve processes and them identify their goals and approaches to them. With know-how in Agile Requirements Engineering and various agile methods (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban, Scrumban, etc…), Sufi has worked with teams to develop their cohesion, improving agile adoption, and their overall performance. Recently Sufi discovered the Futurespective, a movement he would like to share with the agile community to help agilists to develop an objective-oriented positive mindset in teams.
