Nilson Nascimento is a software engineering leader/manager and mentor with a decade of experience building, leading, and managing teams in the FinTech, payments, and healthcare space.
As the founder of Chuva, and creator of Less, an Infrastructure from Code (IfC) framework, his primary focus is on building cloud-native solutions with seamless collaboration from engineers of all experience levels.
Beyond coding, Nilson is also a mentor and strong advocate for community-driven learning. He is one of the organizers of TEDxMindelo, co-founder of the Swift Miami Meetup (formerly CocoaHeads), and has organized several coding bootcamps, workshops, and events for all experience levels - from children, to university students, to professionals.
