Notes

I have experience in both areas, web design and front-end development, and one of the best experiences I’ve had is when a developer asks me for my opinion or idea on how to implement a design and I can answer or suggest an initial step for implementation. In my work experience I have realized that there are many unknown areas when you want to start as a web designer, most of them are related to the code or the tools/technologies to use, and acquiring this information can be tedious at first, therefore having the bases and/or a starting point will make it easier to know all those details and will improve your designs.

  • You will design with implementation in mind or even how to code your design
  • You can communicate with the developer and not get lost in strange words
  • You can even provide ideas or suggestions
  • The final product will be more faithful to the design
  • The development process will be easier and we can also reduce the time.
  • It will open up new job opportunities for you.
  • With the basics, you can continue your journey of learning on your own
