Microsoft Teams is a tool meant to be used freely by business users to boost Productivity and Collaboration, but left unchecked you might get a sprawl of content spread across Office 365. This sessions is about how to limit the sprawl while still maintaining the free access to Teams for our users.
Description
Microsoft Teams is a tool meant to be used freely by business users to boost Productivity and Collaboration, but left unchecked you might get a sprawl of content spread across multiple Teams. Some teams will have duplicates of content, others just left empty without Owners or Members.
This sessions is about how to limit the sprawl while still maintaining the free access to Teams for our users, by using a low code aproach using Microsoft 365 and Azure services. You will see live examples of Governance Tips&Trick from auto Provisioning of Teams to Archiving of Teams. The code presented will be up to date and you can implement this in your own environment after the session as needed.
