Edward is a member of the OpenFaaS core contributor team. Edward has spent the last year experimenting with ways to enable open-source serverless to leverage the economic benefits of cloud vendor services such as AWS Lambda and container as a service platforms like AWS Fargate.
Professionally Edward is the Platform Architect at payments fintech Form3, leading the development of a novel distributed payment system allowing connectivity, payment processing, clearing and settlement services for a wide range of regulated financial institutions, including leading banks and fintechs.
