Øyvind Isene is an independent consultant living in Arendal, Norway. He mainly works with the Oracle database, serving as both a DBA and a developer. He started as an Oracle DBA in 1997 and has managed Oracle on various Unix dialects, primarily on Linux. These days, it’s more about the data, exploring them, and making life easier for others by implementing the right strategies in the database. Øyvind enjoys analytics, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and assisting developers in working seamlessly with the database.
