Bio
Vance is a long time software engineer and community leader. Vance is very active in the open-source community, creating and maintaining the very popular Frisby.js open-source project, and phpdotenv (.env) packages, among many others. Vance is the co-founder of the Techlahoma Foundation (a non-profit focused on tech education), Oklahoma City JavaScript User Group (OKC.js), and co-organizer of the annual ThunderPlains Developer Conference in Oklahoma City.
