Bio
Sophie Ngassa is the founder and director of CYEED, a multimedia digital empowerment center for girls. She is a STEM advocate and instructor for girls on a mission to build a more inclusive and diverse tech world. She is a Digital Rights Advocate fighting against internet shot down especially during crisis period in African countries. She is a collaborative and supportive leader passionately growing the representation of women in STEM. She is dedicated to sharing her passion for STEM and to inspire them early on, with the help of mentors through hands –on STEM programs.
