Based in Traverse City, MI, I love the intersection of startups, strategy, and software quality. My career started working in political Capitol Hill—yes, I was a West Wing kid—but I found my true passion in the high-velocity world of startups.
I first encountered the emotional and operational toll of inefficient testing while running operations for a venture-backed startup. Since then, I’ve worked with 35+ organizations to rethink their approach to quality, helping teams break down silos, reduce redundant testing, and build more scalable, trust-driven quality processes.
Now, as a Playwright Ambassador and host of community events focused on test automation and modern quality strategies, I help teams move beyond traditional testing mindsets and towards smarter, more collaborative approaches that empower product, design, and engineering to ship better software—faster.
