Naveen has a proven track record of building scalable data pipelines, architecting robust infrastructures, and deploying advanced data platforms to drive organizational success. Currently, at Couchbase, he spearheads efforts to modernize data infrastructure and implement scalable data warehouse solutions, achieving significant improvements in data integration and efficiency. His prior role at New Relic involved leading a global team of over 20 engineers, integrating platforms like Workday and Snowflake, and architecting data pipelines to enhance billing accuracy and operational efficiency.
