I am quite a seasoned IT leader with over 25 years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience in network design, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management. Currently based in Hong Kong, I serve as the Managing Director of Ritail Limited, a company I founded to provide innovative software-as-a-service solutions tailored for the retail industry, with a focus on managed cloud services and cybersecurity, and also as the Managing Director Upback Cloud Inc. , a spin-off dedicated to cloud database backups.
I have a robust background in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex IT networks, gained from his work in various executive roles, including as Chief Technical Officer and Shareholder of Sfera Networks in Italy. During my tenure, I developed datacenter infrastructures serving over 2,000 customers and led teams through significant IT infrastructure renovations and mergers.
In addition to his technical prowess, my experience spans software project management and IT operations, including GDPR compliance and documentation. His leadership in designing a new IT datacenter for the Team Blue group highlights his capacity to oversee large-scale IT transformations.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School. My certifications include Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and VMware Certified Professional, among others.
