Shiva Kumar Chinnam is an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer with extensive expertise in setting up infrastructure from scratch and supporting customer-facing production environments. He is proficient in Kubernetes, GitOps, and Cloud infrastructure. Shiva has a solid background in AWS services, networking concepts, and DevOps practices, making him a versatile engineer in modern cloud environments.
Shiva’s professional journey includes significant roles at Rialtic Inc., where he administered Gitlab on AWS EKS, set up EKS clusters, and managed Cloudflare multi-account architectures. At Apple, he supported production activities on multiple customer facing applications, performed deployments, and handled day-to-day operations. His previous experience includes developing and deploying Docker containers at Enterprise Mobility Inc, working on the full product lifecycle at Modjoul, performing software builds, and managing configurations at TekReliance. Shiva holds a Master of Science in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Clemson University and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Hyderabad, India.
