Dr. Nicole Bowden Jenkins is a North Carolina native, wife, mom of two, and a dedicated engineer with over 15 years of experience in quality management across aerospace, automotive, and high-speed manufacturing sectors. She currently serves as the Program Quality Lead at Raytheon Technology, where she drives excellence and fosters collaboration to ensure program success. Her professional journey includes pivotal roles such as a Mission Assurance Manager, Principal Quality Assurance Engineer, and Sr. Mechanical Engineer, and Certification Engineer. Nicole’s educational background includes a Doctorate in Engineering Management from George Washington University, where her research focused on the application of machine learning algorithms for classifying adverse problem reports. She also holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Nicole also operates her own cookie company, Suga Cookies by Cole, in her spare time. When she’s not problem-solving or baking, she can be found on the golf course, enjoying the challenge of learning the game as a novice.
