My name is Boban Sugareski. I am a Senior Software Engineer at ActionVFX, and a great enthusiast about Ruby, Rails and AI. I got my Bachelor’s Degree at the Faculty of Computer Science and Software Engineering in Skopje, Macedonia, where I’m currently enrolled in the Master’s Degree programme on the subject of “Intelligent Systems”. During the last 7 years, I have been working with various technologies everywhere in the web full-stack range, but mostly on the backend, and mostly with Ruby & Rails. My favourite football club is Arsenal - and as they are 1st at the moment, this is not a moment for me to play the old but good joke of how Arsenal fans are trained for stressful situations. I was born in Skopje, Macedonia, but I have been living in Bilbao, the Basque Country, for some time now. My favourite author is Hemingway, which might say a word or two on why I moved to where I moved. My free time is mostly reserved for reading and swimming. I also spend some time in the Turkish bath & sauna on most days of the week. Besides Macedonian and the Yugoslav languages, I speak English and Castellano.
