Accepting Submissions
SF Realtime meetup is a monthly meetup focusing on realtime App Development from Starter 101 concepts to advanced network topology discussions. Socket.IO, SignalR, SocksJS, Faye, PubNub, Node.JS and more. You should join if you are a developer who is enthusiastic about realtime on the web, native or on any platform. If you are a beginner, this is a great place to start learning about how easy it can be to develop your own realtime applications.
We will begin the meetup with a networking session, followed by an industry professional talk, and will give an opportunity for anyone to present projects they are working on (please contact the organizer in advanced), with an additional networking session to close.
Students, Educators and Developers are welcome. All membership requests must come from applications that allow their photos to be visible.
The individual events are normally on the 3rd or 4th Monday of the month and, unless noted otherwise, hosted at PubNub’s offices in San Francisco near Moscone.
CFP Description
As mentioned, we are mostly focused on the following topics: realtime on the web, native or on any platform, including Socket.IO, SignalR, SocksJS, Faye, PubNub, Node.JS and more. Adjacent topics will be considered.
We are interested in longer 15-20 minute talks and shorter 5ish minute lighting talks. First time presenters are encouraged to pitch, the community and organizers will support you.
