The 12th edition of Scala Days will take place at:
Lausanne, Switzerland, August 19th to 21st, 2025
For over twelve years, Scala Days has been the premier global event for Scala developers, industry leaders, open-source contributors and researchers. Taking place in Scala’s hometown of Lausanne, Switzerland, Scala Days 2025 will bring together a diverse community to explore the latest advancements in Scala, functional programming, and software engineering. With a dynamic program of talks, workshops, and networking opportunities, the conference offers a unique platform to engage with experts, share knowledge, and shape the future of the Scala tech ecosystem.
We (the organizers) welcome all levels of expertise in Scala and its applications in business, academia, and the broader community to submit your talk abstracts by April 6th, 2025.
We aim to select an awesome program to provide up-to-date and practical knowledge on Scala and surrounding technologies and community topics, for software developers, software architects, team leads, community members, and researchers. This is why we need you to share your proposals!
You’ll find some examples below. While planning a talk, you should consider which aspects of your topic are most relevant to your audience. Please take into account that the knowledge of your audience varies. For previous talks, you can also check out our YouTube Channel or some of the previous talk abstracts, for example, Scala Days Madrid or Seattle 2023.
