OpenStack Days bring together hundreds of IT executives, cloud operators and technology providers to discuss cloud computing and learn about OpenStack. This regional event is organized and hosted by local OpenStack companies in the ecosystem, with opportunities for regular sessions and lightning talks.

OpenStack Days UK will be held at the iconic Hewlett Packard Enterprise building in Bristol on 15 Sept 2016.

It’s a great opportunity to share your passion, experience, and expertise with your community. You'll also get to hear directly from prominent OpenStack leaders, learn from user stories, network and get plugged into the regional and national community.

Bristol has a vibrant and innovative software developer community building some of the world’s and most exciting cloud & data technologies and applications. Your talk should focus on a theme relevant to OpenStack development / deployment (suggestions below) and we’ll build the individual tracks based on submitted talk proposals. Talks relevant to developers building cloud technologies, applications, working with big data & analytics are likely to be popular with the local community.

Your talk might focus on a particular part of OpenStack such as SWIFT, KEYSTONE, NOVA, NEUTRON, CINDER, or GLANCE. Or you may choose to cover particular issues of enterprise architecture, migration, DevOps, agile, test & verification, big data & analytics, or something else that you feel isn’t usually covered.
