Conference Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We are expecting cooperation from all participants to help ensuring a safe environment for everybody.

The Quick Version

Our conference is dedicated to providing quality information for attendee consumption in a hassle free environment. We also have a strict non-solicitation policy at our meetings. The only people “talking shop” should be the meeting sponsor, and even then only when approached at the sponsor table. That doesn’t mean you can’t answer specific questions at lunch, or during your introduction, but we appreciate discretion and exchanging cards for a later follow-up conversation is the expectation we set with the vendor community. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Participants violating these rules, or any other rules of common decency may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the organizers.
